Quick update!!!
I now weigh 176.0 that is 5 pounds for my first week of my challenge...I will upload some pictures sometime this week!!!
I started this blog 4 years ago claiming I was going to finally lose weight that summer. Not much has changed except my weight...it went up. So after years of yo yo dieting, crash dieting, fasting, and working out all wrong I decided to finally get it right. Follow my Journey and see where I end up!!!
