Okay I have been very busy but I am still losing weight actually but I have been so busy I have not had time to post anything, but my new weight is 166. Only two more pounds and I will be down 10 pounds and have to pose for those promised update pictures every 10 pounds I lose. I know anyone that has been keeping up with my weight loss probably wonders why I have not lost more by now. Well I really have not been trying because I have been so busy with school but by November 1st I want to be 158. So I will have to learn to balance school, studying, and working out. I really believe I have my eating under control. I have been opting for healthier snacks and meals and really cognizant of what I put into my body I gauge calories versus actually counting them. Like for instance yesterday I was so busy I didn't eat breakfast for lunch I had a turkey sandwich on wheat so for dinner I allowed myself to eat a serving of roast, carrots and potatoes and I knew I would be okay because that was not more than 1000-1200 calories for the entire day so I believe just being aware will really help you maintain your weight if not lose weight.
*So my weight loss tip for today is stock up on fresh fruit and sugar free jello they are the best low fat snacks and in my case this morning a quick low fat breakfast.*
