I lost my MOJO!!!

I have been so busy lately and I have really had no time to think about my weight. I need to get motivated again; when I weighed myself this morning I was 168 and in a week I want to finally be down to 164. So my goal is to work out at least 3 times in the next week (ultimate goal 4 times), drink lots of water and give up eating out.
